1. Do we collect personal data?

When using Attack of the Zombie Elves, no personal data is collected, stored, or processed by the app itself.
The game operates entirely on your local device and does not access, transmit, or store any of your personal information.

No usernames, room data, or interaction logs are recorded or shared by Ballee. The application does not contain analytics, telemetry, or external network communication.

However, please note that the usage of Ballee requires a Meta Quest headset and an associated Meta account. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may collect and process data in connection with your usage of the device. For details, please consult Meta’s privacy policy:

2. Safety notice

Attack of the Zombie Elves is a physical mixed-reality game. Please ensure that your play area is free of obstacles, pets, or fragile objects, and always remain aware of your real-world surroundings while playing. Use caution to avoid personal injury or property damage.


3. Your rights under GDPR

Even though Attack of the Zombie Elves does not collect data, as a data subject under the GDPR, you are entitled to the following rights regarding any processing that may occur via the Meta platform:

  • Right to information about which personal data is processed, and why.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure of your data under certain conditions.
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to data portability in certain circumstances.
  • Right to object to data processing based on legitimate interest.

If you have given consent for processing, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before withdrawal.

If you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
